Continuous Liner Certification

FabOhio, Inc. certifies that 4 mil thick Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) film is the material of construction used to make continuous liners.

The manufacturer of the LDPE film has certified that it meets the specifications of the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and as more particularly described in

21 C.F.R. 177.1520 (c), (2.1), applicable to olefin polymers which may be safely used as articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food.

In reference to the dispensing sheath that contains the continuous liner and is used to dispense the continuous liner, FabOhio certifies that 8 mil frosty Polyurethane film is the material of construction used to make those sheaths.

The manufacturer of the Polyurethane film has certified that it complies with the specifications of the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and as more particularly described in 21 C.F.R. 177.1680, applicable to polyurethane resins which may be safely used as articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with wet and dry food.
